Barlines audition more than they screen candidates to hire.
Barlines employ numerous training videos and make them readily available to everyone so they can play and replay them to learn the various aspects of our work. We practice teamwork. A team Captain is held responsible to the progress of his or her team as far as keeping pace with everyone in production. Barlines constantly reward those that are exceeding our expectations. The first group of engineers, after spending 5 years or more with us are encouraged to venture abroad with our help to earn more money to support their young and maturing families. We recruit for our own customers in the United States, Canada, Singapore and the U.A.E.
Because of our policy of helping young engineers to achieve their high potentials, we are constantly building our human resource. Luckily, we are in the Philippines - where Colleges and Universities are producing engineers year in and year out. Barlines collaborate with most of them. Do not be surprise to find us with 30 young engineers one month and be down to 12 engineers two or three years later. We aim to improve resume so that by the time we send them to our clients - they are journeyman master rebar detailers.
